Fever's star forward continues to shine
Boston leads Indiana to 5-1 record in last six games
Indiana Fever forward Aliyah Boston has been named the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the period ending July 2, 2024.
Boston averaged 19.0 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 1.7 steals per game last week. She led the Fever to a 2-1 record during that span, including a win over the first-place Chicago Sky.
Boston's standout performance comes as the Fever are starting to turn their season around. After starting the season at 2-9, Indiana has now won five of its last six games. Boston has been a key part of that turnaround, averaging 17.8 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game during that stretch.
